Besides your very spacious main bedroom, inviting you with a large, comfortable king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), you enjoy in the adjunct entrance-room a seating-area with sofa (which can be transformed to an additional queen-size bed 140 x 200 cm) as well as your contemporary bathroom including wellness-shower.
Ideal as single-, double- or family-room for up to 4 persons.

Your Deluxe Junior Suite is located on the 1st floor where you enjoy the view to the green surroundings and tranquility of the Murifeld-quarter, within walking-distance from most embassies and consulates, only 3 minutes walking-distance from tramway-stop "Weltpostverein" and close to supermarkets and restaurants..
Free-of-charge WiFi access, telephone with free domestic-calls, satellite TV, Nespresso coffee-machine, tea-service with electric kettle as well as minibar and snack-box are available in your suite.
Additionally at your disposition is the by our four guest-rooms shared, fully furnished kitchen, the "il Soggiorno" lounge, the terrace as well as a beautiful garden including garden-lounge / patio.

Flexible rates: You may cancel or modify the reservation free of charge until 3 days before arrival. You will be charged the first night if you cancel in the 3 days before arrival or for no-show. We permit to verify the validity and to obtain an approval code in the amount of the 1st night for the credit-card you guarantee your booking with at the time of reservation. | Semi-Flexible rates: You will be charged 10% of the total price if you cancel or modify your booking after reservation and the total price if you cancel or modify in the 3 days before arrival. We permit to verify the validity and to obtain an approval code in the amount of the 1st night for the credit-card you guarantee your booking with at the time of reservation. | Non-refundable rates: You will be charged the total price at reservation.
